How many grains of sand on the beach?
How many blades of grass in the meadow?
How many drops of dew on the tree?
If you could count all these,
You could count the number of God’s blessings.
Do not even try to count.
Just trust, and enjoy, and give thanks.

Dear Fellow Pilgrims,
In November 2011 our band of travelers had such a fun and inspiring journey to Italy, we decided to hit the road again in 2013. This time, by popular demand, we are off to explore the original Emerald Isle: Ireland !
Celtic spirituality is known by its regard for the holiness of all of God’s creation. The abundant natural beauty of Ireland – from emerald-green fields to the rocky Cliffs of Moher, certainly inspires the praise of the One who created it all! Come, and pray with us during seven scheduled masses, or any time the Spirit moves you.
Celtic spirituality is also rooted in a sense of wholeness, of resolving contradictions, and holding unity within diversity. From the apparitions at Knock, to the continuity of prayer at Ballintubber Abbey, to the remains of the great intellectual center at Glendalough, we walk in the footsteps of faithful diversity. Come, and walk with us.
Ireland is a country of rich history and creativity, of deep tragedy and great joy. From the ancient site of Newgrange, to the Waterford factory, to the Emigrant Heritage Center at Cobh and even castles and pubs, we will enter into the fullness of Irish culture. Come, explore and celebrate with us!
Please take some time to review this brochure, and consider the opportunity to come to experience personally the beauty and faith of Ireland. We hope that you will join us for an unforgettable pilgrimage, one which offers countless blessings for all who “trust, and enjoy and give thanks.” Come, be a pilgrim with us!
Blessings and peace,
Rev. Thomas Gumprecht, S.A. Ms. Cathy Rusin
